when we were growing up, my grandmother in Texas had birds all over her Christmas tree--they were made out of foam forms and covered with real feathers--very realistic looking. I remember loving that tree. She even had some nests on it. I think your stuffed birds are lovely.
Stuffed birds made to humor Doodle in her desire to decorate our Xmas tree "with birds! All over! And even a red one on the very top!" this year.
